Hardness Master

To Whom It May Concern

Recently my Hardness Master ceased to work and I contacted Health Products for advice. Phil Findlay phoned me to discuss the problem and I sent the unit and the power plug for checking out . It was found that the plug had burnt out but the unit was fine . Another phone call ensued and we discussed what may have caused the problem . This covered where the unit was placed and especially the power source, which in my case was via an extension lead. It was suggested I get a proper power point installed by an electrician, which I have done. I also have made an effort to place the unit in a place that would not get too a variation in temperature as it is situated in the roof .

I have found this exercise to be beneficial and the interactions with the company first rate regarding with problems . Well Done.
